Please ensure all delivery information is correct, especially the unit or suite number, if applicable. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your parcel. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days.
We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
Tracking Information will be sent to you for each package that are shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so you can see and follow your parcel’s journey.
Please note tracking activity may only update when it reaches your local courier.
Some countries may charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one or multiple package and declare a reasonable but low value in order to get through your local custom.
Generally, there are no additional duties items. In the case that you are charged, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
